Extrusion line for PE, PP, PB
Main features
1.Highly effective PE screw and grooved feeding barrel are used,
associated with strong force jacket cooling device which enhances
the transmission capacity greatly, assuring highly effective
extrusion. Direct current drive motor and Britain Eurotherm buncher
are also equipped.
2.Basket type composite machine head guarantees the stability of
high speed extrusion, also realizes minimum stress and highest pipe
quality brought out from low melt temperature.
3.Highly effective double-house vacuum sizing technique and
spraying cooling water slot are used to enhance the productivity of
pipes and to meet the demand of high production. They are made of
stainless steel.
4.All belts shall be driven by the central motor on the multi-belt
drawing machine to reach accurate synchronization, assuring the
cylindricality of pipes.
5.Precisely designed, high speed and low noise cutting machine is
associated with strong chip sucker, which will minimize the
maintenance.
6.Automatic control system is used with this line, bringing about
high precision of control, reliable running, and simple and
convenient operation.
